Frequently Asked Questions
What format does the eBook files come in?
All embo eBooks are in PDF format so you can save and print the file. Our PDFs do not include digital rights management (DRM) crippleware which can make them difficult to read or print. We trust our customers to not distribute the files - all downloads are for personal use only. It'll make you feel good to do the right thing, too.
So does that mean I can buy a single copy of an eBook and email it to all my friends?
'Fraid not. When you download a single copy of an embo eBook it is not for distribution. But feel free to share the embo link - www.embo.com.au - with all those friends!
What if I do want to buy multiple copies of an eBook for my team?
In the shopping cart window, please indicate the number of copies you wish to distribute and pay for this amount. You will receive a single copy of the eBook which you are then able to distribute electronically to your colleagues. For orders over 10 we can also send a file to each recipient with a personal message from you - classy! Just email enquiry@embo.com.au for details or any special requests.
What type of payments do you accept?
You can purchase embo eBooks with Visa or Mastercard or via your PayPal account if you have one. Credit cards are also processed through PayPal. If you need to order using American Express, don't worry, just email enquiry@embo.com.au and we will be able to accommodate your request.
I bought an eBook but then got busy and didn't download it. Now when I try I get a message saying the link has expired. Is my eBook lost forever?
No, just email the transaction ID (on your email order confirmation) to enquiry@embo.com.au and we will reactivate the link for you, simple as that.
How do I find out what new titles have been released?
Check out our Twitter stream @embooks for all the latest embo news.
Who is embo?
