Power and Influence: Cultivating Productive Relationships
by Nick Forster

Power and influence are two of the most important attributes of successful business and organisational leaders, and yet they are often among the most difficult to acquire and use effectively and ethically.

This eBook discusses how these form the bedrock of personal power and authority for leaders at any level in contemporary organisations whilst also examining the issue of toxic leadership and the potential pitfalls and dangers of operating within the 'dark side' of leadership and power.
